  • farewell xanga :)

So Nathan and I have decided to consolidate our blogs and have one family blog. :) We both will write and post and all that jazz....

You all should subscribe to our blog or add us to your google reader. We still are subscribed to all of you and read your posts regularly. And I'll keep my xanga just so I can comment on your blogs. :)

I've also decided to make a book of my xanga posts. I started xanga when Nathan proposed to me (in 2005) and it's been with me through the engagement, the wedding plans, the WEDDING, the honeymoon, the first year of marriage, buying our first house, buying our first car, discovering we were pregnant, 9 months of anticipation and delight, then the beginning of parenthood. And all the wonderful adventures in between. So I have a book making program and I'm just going to import (and spell check hehe) and make a book of my xanga.

I look forward to the next blogging chapter in our lives as we grow as a family. :):)

  • The weeks have flown by

I can't believe how long it's been since I've blogged!! You have no idea what adventures have come my way in the past few weeks. Aside from not having the internet this week, I've been doing great re-adjusting to being at home after our "Tour of Texas". :) We drove to Houston, then Dallas, then home....a round about of 19 hours driving and my little Wesley was such a champ!!

Chris Myers got married....wow, time sure flies. I remember when we first met. It was a lovely wedding and let me just say the reception was awesome-ly decorated. It felt like we were in a silk tent and not a gymnasium. It was awesome and beautiful and he had that adorable little boy look all over his face. :)

We also were able to spend some good quality time with Aaron and Kerre and Jackson. :) He is a most precious little boy and we love him so! Be praying for their family as they prepare to go through some tests and a possible surgery with Jackson. He is so loved by so many and we know our prayers are heard. I will post pictures soon of our time with A&K.

It's nearly midnight and I have't the time nor the energy to sit and gab, so this weekend be looking forward to a length update and some pictures. I've had so many things on my heart these past few weeks. The Lord has really been speaking to me about certain things and I feel the need to share.

     Until then....
